My breasts sag will implants make them fuller or should I get a lift?

If your breasts are sagging, implants alone will only enlarge what you have. If you are looking for a nice round breast; lifting than using an implant is the best approach. I will also recommend for you see Dr. Salzhauer for a consultation so he can provide you with the best expert opinion for you situation.

Well, If your breasts sag, the only way to fix that IS by doing a breast lift. There are a couple of different ways of doing a lift depending on how saggy the breasts are. Also, if you are looking for fullness, the only way to achieve that is by putting in an implant.

In my opinion, it all depends on how much your breast sag and what is your ultimate goal. If you have severe ptosis (sagging of breast) then getting implants will not be enough to get you a more youthful proportional look. You will need a breast lift, in which the plastic surgeon will raise your areola (nipple) to its correct anatomical position, then all the excess skin will be removed and your breast will no longer sag. Now the next question is what breast size do you want to be after your breast lift? Most people that get a breast lift combined the surgery with a breast augmentation resulting in beautiful, full, symmetric breast. The only way to truly know what you need is to see an expert like Dr Michael Salzhauer who is a board certified plastic surgeon.

Well it depends how far down they are, usually the avearage measurement is 21 centimeters, so i recommend to come in to the office and have Dr. Michael Salzhauer give you his surgeon opinion!!!

Implants will make them fuller, but if they sagging you will need a breast lift too.

If they are sagging you should defenetly have a lift and since we’re in Miami HELLO! implants would make them look hotter :).. I say you go for both ..

If you dont have huge boobs to begin with i would add an implant bc a lift can make them go smaller. I love my implants bc they give me the volume on top that normal breast wouldnt have <3

I had a breast augmentation done about 6 months ago and i want to go bigger but i am scared that my breast will sag from a larger implant, however i dont want to get a breast lift. What can i do?
